The process sections of the assembly line:

• Pre-assembled process section:The various parts of the wooden door were pre-assembled, and the machine automatically turned them over and send them to the assembly line.

• Pressure assembly process section:Pressure and calibrate the pre-assembled wooden door, to ensure tightness.

• HF door assembly process section:Wooden doors were assembled by high-frequency heating, making the glue solidify quickly.

• Automatic flipping process section:The machine automatically turns the wooden door, which was easy to check and clean the overflowed glues between the various parts of the wooden door.

• Automatic palletizing process section:The finished wooden door was automatically palletized and unloaded with gantry suction cups.
