Another Year Together, Another Reason to Celebrate: JYC's Quarterly Employee Birthday Party
Time spent together has its own warmth, and every moment of it is worth celebrating. JYC's employee birthday parties — launched at the initiative of General Manager Mr. Xu — have since become a regular tradition here. These gatherings are about more than just getting everyone in the same room. They're a chance for each of us, in the middle of a busy stretch at work, to feel that we're genuinely looked after and that we belong. That's what makes a team feel like one — and what brings people together to pull in the same direction.
The room was decorated with care, and the cakes and thoughtful gifts were all laid out and waiting. Mr. Xu joined this quarter's birthday celebrants, chatting with everyone and offering his sincere wishes. Then the candles were lit, one by one. The whole team sang the birthday song together; the celebrants closed their eyes and made their wishes, and everyone shared the cake. Laughter filled the room.
A birthday party is a small occasion, but it carries real care. Mr. Xu has always believed that our people are the company's most valuable asset, and holding these parties as a matter of routine is how we turn that belief into something people can actually feel. JYC has grown on the effort of every single person here, and we're grateful for all of it.
