The process sections of the assembly line:

• Pre-assembled process section:The various parts of the wooden door were pre-assembled, and the machine automatically turned them over and send them to the assembly line.

• Pressure assembly process section:Pressure and calibrate the pre-assembled wooden door, to ensure tightness.

• HF door assembly process section:Wooden doors were assembled by high-frequency heating, making the glue solidify quickly.

• Automatic flipping process section:The machine automatically turns the wooden door, which was easy to check and clean the spilled glues between the various parts of the wooden door to ensure that the two sides of the wooden door were clean.

• Automatic palletizing process section:The finished wooden door was automatically palletized and unloaded with gantry suction cups.
