THE APPLICATION OF FULL AUTOMATIC HIGH FREQUENCY BOARD JOINING PRODUCTION LINE SOLUTION

This automatic production line can be used for product finger-jointed integrated boards, straight joining panels furniture joining panels, and so on. Suitable for manufacturers who produce large quantities of wood panels or quickly increase production capacity.

The process sections(customizable):

• Gantry feeding process section: The floor roller sends the slates to the gantry feeding machine for feeding.

• Four-side planning process section: The wood is planned precisely on all sides. 

• Gluing and arranging the plates process section: After fine planing, the wood enters the gluing area and automatically discharges.

• HF heating and joining process section: The aligned wood slats were fed into the HF engine, and then they were pressurized and heated.

• Automatic sawing process section: Aligned the upper and lower ends of the joined panels, and then sawed the panel accurately.

• Automatic palletizing process section: The suction cups on the gantry palletize the sawn panels automatically.
