The scope of application of the production line

This automatic production line can be used for product finger-jointed intergrated boards, straight joining panels and furniture joining panels, and so on.

The process sections:

• Gantry feeding process section: Floor roller send the slates to the gantry feeding machine for feeding.

• Four-side planing process section:The wood is planed precisely all the sides. 

• Gluing and arranging the plates process section: After fine planing,the wood enters the gluing area and automatically discharges.

• HF heating and joining process section:The aligned slats were fed into the HF engine, then they were pressurized and heated.

• Automatic sawing process section:Aligned the upper and lower ends of the joined plates, and then sawed the plates accurately.

• Automatic palletizing process section:The suction cups on the gantry palletize the sawn panels automatically.

The advantages of the production line

One person can operate and produce, and 8 hours can produce 500 pieces of panels.
