In recent years, thanks to the popularity of whole-house customization, the market demand for solid wood laminated panels, laminated office countertops, and wood panels has risen against the trend, which has triggered a technological innovation.The efficiency of the traditional laminated panel cold pressing method  cannot be satisfied by some manufacturers. Although conduction heating and other methods increase production efficiency to a certain extent, it is also prone to "uneven glue heating" "finished product plates are easily deformed after being heated" and other issues. JYC high-frequency laminated press came into being. With the characteristics of "low-temperature penetration and uniform heating", it is favored by many wooden door enterprises and praised by laminated panel manufacturers.

1. High-frequency electric field selective heating, working efficiency is higher

The high-frequency electric field energy is selective and can penetrate the workpiece to directly heat the side have glue. Compared with ordinary heat conduction heating, it does not need to heat the workpiece first and then conducts heat to the glue, so it is obviously more advantageous in processing efficiency, especially for thicker laminated panels, the effect is more significant.

 

2. The heating efficiency is not affected by the thickness of the panel

Ordinary conductive heating is easily affected by the thickness of the panel, and the heating efficiency is greatly decreased. However, the high-frequency electric field has strong penetrating power and is not that limited by the thickness of the panel. The high-frequency electric field can penetrate the panel and directly target the side with glue. The glue heats up quickly and reaches its curing temperature, which greatly shortens the heating and curing time of the glue and improves processing efficiency. The thickness of the conventional laminated panel is between 2mm and 12mm, and the processing efficiency of high-frequency lamination is almost the same in this thickness range, and the processing efficiency is not affected by the thickness of the panel.

3. Uniform low-temperature heating, the workpiece is not easy to deform

Since the high-frequency electric field only heats the glue molecules in the workpiece, the wood itself will not absorb high-frequency energy and generate heat.The high-frequency electric field can be evenly distributed in the area of the glue molecules in the workpiece, so the glue molecules can absorb energy evenly and heat up uniformly, which overcomes the problems of uneven heating of the workpiece and the large temperature difference of the workpiece after high temperature recooling caused by workpiece warpage. At the same time, it also avoids long-term high temperatures causing discoloration and other traces on the surface of the panel (such as matte panel) to affect the appearance and quality of the product.

 

 

4. High automation, and the production method can be adjusted according to the actual site and process requirements

For different product processes, it can be selectively heated on one side or both sides and can be switched freely. The high-frequency heating process is controllable, it will heat up when it is powered on, and it will stop when it is turned off. The machine itself does not generate high temperatures, and the panel is in a cooling state after the high-frequency stops, which greatly improves the working environment of the operator.

Through feeding and discharging, it can be used as a stand-alone machine or connected with other machine. The equipment is easy to operate. After the panel is coated with glue, it can be started with one button. The equipment automatically performs a series of actions such as workpiece conveying, pressing, and high-frequency heating. The power transmission device can be connected with different equipments to realize automatic production and increase production capacity.

One-time heating, no need for segmentation, small footprint. After the workpiece is heated and combined by high frequency, the next production process can be carried out, thereby reducing the maintenance period, saving the turnover space, and improving circulation efficiency.

5. Low radiation and multiple protection measures

During the processing, they are pressed at low temperatures, and the radiation that workers are exposed to is smaller than that of mobile phones. When the high-frequency electric field is activated, the operator didn't touch the high-frequency at all, and the fully enclosed shielded body.
