1. Steam box bent wood

2. Multi-layer veneer glued, pressed and bent
Preparation: The required wood need to longer than the preset length value, and marks before cutting, to distinguish different woods. Cut along the edge of one of the straight grains of the board for a nicer and more stable bend.
Adopt a cork pad as an intermediate layer to fixing of two layers of planks, and it can also eliminate irregularities in the shape of the sawn timber and make the curved surface smoother.
Multi-layer bonding: Use a roller to spread the special glue on the curved surface on the wooden board evenly, and bond the cork interlayer to the wooden board.
As soon as possible place the wood on the prepared formwork or on a fixed rack before the glue dry, followed by another glued wood strip. Repeat this process until the desired thickness you need, and finally fix between the panels.
3. Notch cutting and press method to bend wood
Preparation: Cut notches or curves 2/3 of the thickness of the board, each cut should be the same depth and distance from the other.
Bending and pressing: bend the board in one direction, fill the gap in the curved mouth with glue, and at last bend the board to the desired arc.
