Indonesia-High Frequency Wood Vacuum Dryer
A 3CBM High Frequency Vacuum Wood Drying Machine was successfully installed at our customer’s factory in Indonesia. The installation and commissioning were completed smoothly, and the machine is now running stably in daily production.
After being put into operation, the high frequency vacuum wood dryer has demonstrated excellent drying performance. It effectively reduces the moisture content of the wood in a short time while maintaining uniform drying throughout the timber. (Initial moisture content 15%, final moisture content 6%, drying cycle 3.5 days, actual high frequency heating 24 hours) Most importantly, the dried wood remains in excellent condition, with no cracking, no discoloration, and no deformation observed.
By combining high frequency heating with vacuum technology, the machine allows moisture to be removed efficiently and gently, making it especially suitable for solid wood, thick timber, and high-value wood materials. This helps the customer improve drying efficiency, shorten production cycles, and better control product quality.
